Extra virgin olive oil from the oldest milling tradition. Extra virgin olive oil in its most classic essence is obtained through an ancient technique that has been handed down from father to son by our family’s ‘master millers’. Its peculiarity is that the final stage of extraction takes place by spontaneous outcropping of the oil. It is then filtered to preserve its precious qualities over time. It gives off an intense and genuine aroma, like the person who grows it. It encompasses fresh and fruity scents of artichoke, thistle and olive leaf. Notes of bitterness and spiciness gradually emerge on the palate. It goes well with legumes, fresh or grilled vegetables, meat crudités and hot soups.
