With an expenditure over 99,00€ VAT included you can benefit from Free delivery of our products.
The standard delivery cost of the goods is €7.00 for the region of Tuscany, €9.00 for the whole of Italy, €14.00 for the islands on a purchase of less than €99.00 VAT included. The standard delivery cost of goods is €18.00 for European countries.

Delivery Days and Times
Frantoio Ancillotti will deliver the purchased goods within 7 days of your online purchase (excluding public holidays).
In case of unavailability of the goods ordered you will be promptly refunded your payment. Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays and causes not dependent on us; our staff will not make deliveries in the days from 24 December to 2 January.
Right of Return
Return for Defect or Non-Compliance
If you have received damaged parcel(s) due to shipping, please take photos of each damaged parcel before opening it and some photos of the state of the products inside.
Please send these photos to info@frantoioancillotti.it with your order reference and contact details. You will be contacted shortly to solve the problem.

You have the right to withdraw, as provided by law, stating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you received the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Frantoio Ancillotti dal 1932 – Via Bertolucci 8, 50050 Cerreto Guidi (FI) – P.I. 06279770488 , of your decision to the email info@frantoioancillotti.it communicating the Order Number and Reasons for Withdrawal. You will receive an e-mail of acceptance of your withdrawal exercise with the instructions to follow.
